The Woman’s Club of Englewood Philanthropy Fund was officially established in 1958. However, contributions had been made for many years prior.

The income from tax-deductible donations, memorial contributions, and bequests is used to enhance the philanthropies and scholarships annually awarded by The Woman’s Club unless specifically allocated otherwise by the donor.

For members desiring to remember the Woman’s Club of Englewood in their wills, we provide the following:

“I give, devise and bequeath to the Woman’s Club of Englewood Inc., 187 Brinckerhoff Court, Englewood, N.J. 07631, a non-profit organization in the state of N.J.; for its use in the furtherance of its activities and programs, the sum of ______ dollars.”

The foregoing clause would not in and of itself be a valid will. We suggest that you consult an attorney so that your intentions can be completely carried out. The Woman’s Club of Englewood is tax exempt under IRS Code 501(C)(3).
